Super cool new recipe for Gluten Free Pizza Bagels with Organic raw vegan atesian pesto purchased at my local farmers market!
I am obsessing over this super easy recipe. You can add whatever you please, but for my version, I only used 5 toppings: hard goat cheese, organic kalamata olives, avocado, and of course, the pesto.
First, toast your bagel till crispy and golden. Then spread a light layer of pesto on one side. Slice pieces of avocado and spread them on the surface, then crumble some cheese on top and add a few olives to finish.
Your perfectly simple meal is complete.
