They give you so much energy without taking any! Just throw some fruit, milk, and ice into a blender it comes out absolutely brilliantly. Blueberry smoothies are one of my favorite evening pick-me-ups, so I wanted to share with you all my super yummy recipe! Scroll down for details...

  • 1/4 cup frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen organic blueberries 
  • 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 organic ripe banana
  • Organic plant based protein powder

Just blend it all up and BAM! Instant meal.
