I recently stopped by my favorite health food joint.

Dr. Andrew Weil developed an anti-inflammatory food pyramid, which his amazing restaurant, True Food Kitchen, is built upon.

For years, and in select locations, True Foods has been bringing health and rejuvenation in an incredible gourmet arrangement and a high scale setting. It is the health guru's dream restaurant, and has anything and everything for everyone to enjoy. My personal favorite meal is the Panang Curry Bowl and the  Honey Bee Ginger Beer, ending with a gluten free and vegan desert that is to die for! Last time I went, I even got a GF pizza to go! 

I have the best meal of my life every time I go there, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautifully healthy day out.
